Brown corn with black sauce

The snack no one will believe is healthy... and that will be gone before the game even starts.


Brown corn on the cob smothered in homemade black sauce. Ready in 10 minutes, high in fiber, and with a flavor everyone will be asking for seconds.


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 trays of Mr. Lucky sweet corn.
  • 1 tablespoon of Mr. Lucky garlic paste.


FOR THE BLACK SAUCE:

  • ¼ cup of lemon juice.
  • 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
  • 5 tablespoons of low-sodium soy sauce.
  • Pinch of pepper.



Brown the corn with the garlic paste, mix in your black sauce, smother, and you're done.
